Mobile app to exchanges Audio CD's ?

I was wondering if there is a mobile app or software by which you can exchange/borrow music or may be connect to other audiophiles.

Not only audio cd's it can be used to exchange DVD, Blurays, Vinyl

Does such thing exist?

Right. Dont want to step into that zone. Its like two friends exchanging media they own.
