Hi all ,
Am opening this thread to share my recently completed Lenco project and some others that are in the pipeline.
Here is the first one.

the chassis/ top plate was completely stripped of all components and linkages. After that it was refinished.

Above: work in progress.

Almost completed and in action.
The major components were overhauled. The spindle bearing was cleaned and relubed with fresh oil. The motor had the bearings relubed and the coils centred for quietest operation. A Linn LVV tonearm was installed.
The plinth is made of Permali which is a very high density engineered wood material. It is having one of the highest damping factors compared to the various other materials used for plinths. Damping of vibrations and noise is very good with Permali. The weight of the turntable is 22 kg. while retaining the compact size of the original plinth .
Regards,
