I have a query from more experienced guys. Suppose I go for a fixed frame screen, either DIY blackout cloth with wooden or aluminum frame, Can I put a Non Reflecting N.R. glass in front layer to protect it from dust, as I stay in a countryside. I checked the screens. They are really not washable. They will get dirty in a years time.

Non Reflecting N.R. glass - I am not aware, so let experts comment on it. Usually glass do not go well with any of HT setup :)
If cleaning is your problem, why cant you go with a paint option? You can either paint a screen in the wall or use a marine plywood (or any flat surface) and paint a decent screen there. This can be cleaned occasionally as well

N.R. glass is usually used for framing photos. Ordinary glass causes reflection from the bulb in the room. N.R. glass does not have reflection, in fact you rally can not make out that there is a glass. It is somehow costly.
