NAD Service

My NAD C388's volume knob is acting funny. When i reduce volume it increases and when i increase, its not a smooth increase, kind of jerky. Volume control on remote is fine though. Any fix for this or any reliable service in Delhi?

My NAD C388's volume knob is acting funny. When i reduce volume it increases and when i increase, its not a smooth increase, kind of jerky. Volume control on remote is fine though. Any fix for this or any reliable service in Delhi?

I have c352, it's up volume motion is " kind of jerky", from day 1. But the down volume motion is smooth. I thought, maybe that's normal.
