I currently have a Nagaoka MP-110H cartridge and I’m considering upgrading the stylus to a JN-P200 (which normally comes with the MP-200).

I’ve read that the Nagaoka MP series cartridges are designed with interchangeable styli - that you can upgrade from JN-P110 to JN-P150, JN-P200, etc. on the same cartridge body since they share the same mounting system.
Can anyone confirm from experience or official documentation whether:
The JN-P200 stylus will physically fit and properly mount on the MP-110H cartridge body?
Thanks for any guidance - want to make sure I get this right before ordering!

No experience with this however did a bit of reading online and, short answer: No — the JN-P200 is not the official/guaranteed replacement for the MP-110/MP-110H. Use the JN-P110 for MP-110 series.

Reports are mixed: a few users say they physically mounted a JN-P200 on an MP-110 and heard improvements, but others report it doesn’t fit well or sounds worse (alignment, cantilever geometry and mounting depth differ). That means even if it can be forced on, tracking/geometry will likely be off.

JN-P110 is the ideal replacement.

Wirh MM cartridges, the replaceable stylus assembly is 80% of the overall cost. The body merely contains the coils and the four tiny wires connected to the pins at the rear.

Other brands use the same body across a particular range. For example:
Ortofon 2M series - Red, Blue, Bronze, Black
Audio-Technica VM95 - multiple styli available
Ortofon OM series - 5, 10, 20, 30, 40

Most likely, Nagaoka follows the same principle.
