Need a decent IEM for 1k-3k

As the title suggests I'm looking for a decent IEM in the price range 1k - 3k.
Main purpose would be listening to mostly Hindi movie songs and the other one is
I may use it on office to block out the external noise that's the reason why I want to prefer this over headphones.

Kindly let me know the options.

Just got my Vsonic VSD1S. Intial impressions were it meets my expectations very well : Great Soundstage for an IEM costing 50$ , clear instrument separation and tight bass which I never experienced this close in any IEM although my previous ones are budget ones. Treble is slightly sparkly but this is what keeps the overall sound energetic. Only thing is you have to get the fit right. Eventhough it sports slightly v shaped sound, it is more towards balanced than v shaped to me. For wide music listener, this one wont disappoint. Just my 2 cents.
