Need advise to setup cheap and best AV system for conference room

Hi,

I need to setup a conference room with a good Speaker/amp setup. Request you to share cheap and best options and suggestions on whom to contact in bangalore.

Room dimensions: 30ftX50ft.
False roofing height: 10 ft.
budget- 60-70K INR
Requirements:
- To host casual/business get-togethers:
- 2 wireless microphones need to be driven
- possible to play videos/movies as well with decent AV quality

After initial discussions, i was recommended to pick up the following or similar:
6 x Taga Harmony indoor/outdoor speakers
1 - yamaha/JBL power amplifier
1 - yamaha basic switcher/preamp. [optional, if power amp can handle microphone]

Please suggest.

You can try contacting Pro Fx and DNI among others. I have seen Pro FX work and they were quite good. DNI also I believe are very good, however, I have not seen their work.

Hi,
Actually i did visit profx.. they suggested POLK and yamaha power amp combination which was quite beyond my budget.. and the POLK options suggested were home use audio speakers.

Anyways, I now have the following options:

1. Sennheiser Apart MA125 Amplifier
Sennheiser Apart Mask 4T Loudspeakers x6

2. Taga Harmony 412 speakers x 6
JBL libra 250 Amp.

I know a bit about Taga harmony and the JBL amp (the amp suggestion here though does feel a bit underpowered). Also, i have no clue on Apart amps/speakers..

Any suggestions/feedback?
