Hi Folks
Primary Requirement: Headphones (over the head) with Volume Control
& 40/50mm driver & min 2.5-3m cable length
Budget : Upto 5K max
Source: 95% from my PC [Intel i7-3770K & Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H-WB Wi-Fi Motherboard; HD Audio out thru 3.5mm ports on CM Storm Stryker Cabinet] - for 1080p Movies; Music & General (youtube). The remaining 5%% use - may connect to my LG 47" LED TV - for movies.
PROBLEM WITH ABOVE: I just cannot find any suitable headphone !! They don't make em anymore -
here is an apt example of a quality headphone with volume control at the right place - sigh, why did they stop this design ?
So..... am willing to settle for a normal headphone (without integrated vol control) - Can't make up my mind between Sennheiser; Audio Technica; Steelseries etc...etc

Headphone extension cable with in-line volume control & at least 9-10feet length
see this Sennheiser HZR 62 cable with integrated volume control Amazon.com: Sennheiser HZR-62 Stereo Volume Control: Electronics - however this is just not available in India (besides being way too expensive)
This is what I was also considering .... but not available in India
