Need Help for Pioneer BCS-424

Hi,
I am Arun from Bangalore. I have Pioneer BCS-424 Home theatre system brought from Dubai. Recently while connected to set top box it's HDMI stopped working. Every other things working perfectly except HDMI out port. I tried with Pioneer service centre but they are unable to repair. Can any body suggest me any service centre where I can get it repaired in Bangalore?

One more query. Why my Pioneer BCS-424 shows stereo when i use this in optical in mode? How to make it play 5.1 in optical in mode?
