Dear Friends,

The moment I bought this Samsung HT in BOX HT-TZ315, I don't even know that there is such set ups like YAMAHAs, ONKYOs are out there. I gained knowledge about all this stuff after joining this Forum. From then on there is not even a single day I don't repent for my ignorance and everyday I watch movies feel like I am missing something b'coz of my ignorance.

Finally I decided to get rid of this HT which is only 3 months old but to upgrade the setup.

I am using Panny 42 inch X10 Plasma and getting Panny BD80 this month.
Please suggest me a good AVR which can fit to the above set up AND..might seems funny but can connect to the existing 5.1 speakers of above said samsung HT(If at all there is a way to do this).

Thanks.

Regards
Satya.

that's the problem! you would have been a happy soul if you had not visited this forum:). never mind! are you sure you don't like the HTiB. give a chance to it again. may be you change your mind! if you are sure you don't like samsung, then there is ocean of information on this forum.but you will repeatedly experience what is "yeh dil maange more!"

Like Jaudere says, do you know what you are looking for? If you think getting an Onkyo or Yamaha will produce better sound, its not a good assumption. Listen to your system and others for a while and figure out what you think is lacking and then plan to bridge that gap. Upgrading will always be there but you need to be certain you are going after the right thing.

COuld a senior member from Hyd visit the OP's house and help him tune his system? Maybe that will solve most of the problem.

Cheers
