Need to replace my old pre+power 5.1 system

Hi I need to replace my failing pre+power amps. Need something around 180-200 WRMS per channel, 5.1. Have B&W old speakers too all 5 channels plus sub, but they work fine and just need a clean amp with a high damping factor. Mostly for vocal, western classical, jazz, and movies.
