Need your help Quad amp repair

My quad Qsp power amp, Its goes in stand by mode, and shows some
white flashes when i try to start
Elite QSP | QUAD | the closest approach to the original sound
i am from Indore so it will not be possible to send this
bulky amp for repair to Mumbai or Banglore.
Need your suggestions.

Emailed Designer Audio & Bass & treble
Lets hope it could be a minor problem.
