Soon will be working on SUB Woofer Project. Budget within 16000/.
Here the details
1/. 12" Peerless driver 2750/- 300W 4 Ohms
2/. Dayton Amp 250W 4 Ohms
Dayton Audio SPA250 250 Watt Subwoofer Amplifier 300-803
Total cost with Shipment Duty paid roughly 9500/-
(I buy through shopabroadonline.com)
3/. Enclosure sealed H16xL15xD17 3000/.
4/. Legs, Polly fiber or glass wool etc - 1000/.

Is there anything missing

Are you building the Enclosure yourself ?

Since you are going with a Sealed design
1. Give serious thought towards bracing.
2. Use 19mm MDF, Preferably double the thickness for the front and back panel
3. General rule Stuff a sealed Enclosure and Damp a Ported one
Open cell Polyfill is easily available here (Its called dacron or recron) Costs around Rs 150 a meter (3feet x 6 feet sheet) Use Bitumen Sheets for damping if possible
4. Spike feet you can source from magma (sound foundations)
