Very commendable restoration effort of a pretty sad looking Dynaco ST-70.
There is a telugu newspaper visible in one of the pics, so guessing this
guy is in Hyderabad.
He even seems to have got the original PCB reproduced locally. Seems like
all carbon comp resistors.

With his board, and the nice OPTs and choke from JP Singh of Delta, it should be possible to make
a ST-70 clone with maximum indigenous content.

That is a beautiful refurbishment. Dynaco kits were a source of income for me as a kid. They were easy to make, and people were happy to pay for assembly. I keep several Dynaco's in my closet, and run them when the spirit moves me. The only problem is the quality of the valves (tubes) available today. No one makes the special glass used in the envelopes that prevented carbon migration through the glass and quality glass to metal seals. Valves are now made from The same glass tubing used for fluorescent lamps. More cheap than the noise from a basket of canaries.
