Of late, I've been using a 1" radius roundover bit for the edges of my speaker front baffles.
Just bought a new, bigger bit. This router bit will change things -- I'll be able to bring in a more gentle curve onto the front baffles, wider than just 1". There's no impact on sound quality, of course -- this is just cosmetics -- our constant aim to build DIY speakers which compete against expensive commercial offerings in cosmetics.
This is the item I ordered. Of the variants, I ordered the largest one, with the overall diameter of 83mm.
It came in this box:
I don't think the size written is correct. The shank is 1/2", true, but the diameter is 83mm.
The whole thing took about two weeks to reach my home; no Customs duty issues. A lot of inexpensive stuff on Aliexpress is very useful for DIY. I remember buying a big kit of heatshrink tubings from there, in an assortment of colours and diameters.
