It surely compares to, if not better the other DACs I have used. I actually prefer it to other two I have right now, especially tonality & texture.

Aliexpress is where many bought it (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32881225029.html), but now you can not but it from there. Check "pre loved gear for sale" facebook forum, it comes for sale once in a while.

Yes that was my understanding as well. If anyone can share personal experiences when comparing to budget/mid level ds dacs that would be great
