Norge 1000 or 2060 with Klipsch speakers

I have two klipsch speakers, I want to buy a stereo amp. Will Norge 1000 or 2060 will be good ? If there are better stereo amps, please recommend. Going by the reputation of Norge in this forum, I thought Norge would be a good bet. Thoughts on Craftel also appreciated. I live in chennai, hence Craftel is something that I can consider.

Amateur, congrats on your speakers. It would be better if your could specify which model and specs rather than just klipsch speakers. Also pl post more details like the music you listen to, whether loud or low volumes and room size.

which ones do u have?klipsch being a little on the forward/bright side(general opinions),my bet would be on a laid back sort of amp,and their higher sensitivity would not require amps which have too much wattage per se.still,the more watt/ch,the better right?.of the norge,the 2000 mosfet? may be fitting.craftel seems to have a good user feedback,maybe mark can get u something very specific for the spkrs u have.should be more vfm methinks.enjoy the hunt,and remember opinions are very subjective,what i like may not be ur cuppa tea .audition pls!!cheers

I am planning to go for a new 2 channel setup. I am already having Pioneer VSX LX60 6.1 speaker setup using Jamo S 506. For the Amp, I am planning to use Norge 1000 Gold and speaker Warfadale Diamond 9.6. The reason to choose Warfadale 9.6 is because I need punchy bass.

Please let me know what you guys think.

Ok, Model exactly I don't remember - It's the reference series bookshelf (15 or 20) - Got it from my cousin who has upgraded to a newer speaker set. Room size: 10*10 (Hall but the hall extends to dining area of 10*7). Approximate measurements is what I am giving you.. Music I listen to: Tamil/Hindi songs and English - varied - ex: beatles, eagles, ironmaiden (dance of death), pink floyd, yanni, GreenDay - 21 Guns, etc...,
volume level: low to medium , definitely not high..I can't have high volumes - Prime Minister (my wife) will switch off if I keep at high volumes

The Norge 2060 should be perfect for you. I have paired the 2060 with klipsch floorstanders F1/F2 & F3 & found the matching to be beautiful...
