NTSC/PAL issue with AV-Receiver?

Hi,

I'm from Europe and I have a Denon AVR 1911, with an old Samsung LCD TV, an Acer 5360BD beamer and a computer monitor connected to it, all via HDMI.

Now my question is, what happens if I buy an NTSC-version of the Playstation 2 and connect it to the AVR. Does that work? Does it depend on the AVR? Or the connected TV?

Mostly all the AVR S are PAL ?? NTSC Compatible .. Denon 1911 is one among them... so no worries.

Ok I don't know what your "??" means, but I guess that means that with an AVR, there exists no PAL / NTSC conversion issue, and I can buy a NTSC PS2 and it is no problem on a PAL TV. That's great if true
