Opinions on Sheng Ya?

Looking through their website and some of the stuff looks very sturdy and well built..at good prices too. Apparently they build stuff for Vincent.
Anybody tried them? Reliability? Warranty would be non existent I guess.I particularly like the balanced preamps.
