Optoma 35+ vs Epson 7100

I was looking for a projector and I shortlisted optoma 35+ and Epson 7100.
My budget is around 1.5 lakh. Please help to choose right one for my living room.

I have Epson 7100 and it's a very good projector.
Default settings may not be good and try to change it according to your taste.Ideal for dark room but can also be viewed in living room with minimum light. I think Epson is a better brand than optoma.

If you can stretch your budget a bit Get Epson-9400 it’s brilliant. I think you can get it around 2 L

I use it in the living room. I use it in the day time as well. My TV is not working and use only the projector.

My living room is quite bright because of large balcony in one entire side hence I need more lumens.

Same situation with a 9feet wide balcony opposite the projector sceeen.

Yes almost similar but it is 21 feet long with glass sliding door. Lots of light.
