Optoma HD131X/ HD25

I am planning for big screen. I am considering Optoma HD131X or Optoma HD25. Both seemed to have similar specs.

Now my question is will these Projectors be sufficient for 15 X 10 X 9 ft room (throw distance will be 11-13ft, Screen 106 inch Grey)? Or should I go with latest one HD131Xe having 2500 ANSI Lumen.

Max throw of HD 25 is 1.8... Hence for 13 feet you will get min screen width 13*12 in/1.8 = 86 in. Max will be 13*12/1.5 = 104 in
