Panasonic 32LX88C

Hello everyone,
Saw this model today (32LX88C). Any inputs on this one as this is not on the Pany website. Can anyone shed any light on how much is the Pany 32LE8 now and where it is available in Bangalore? The new replacement seems to be the L32C8 which does not even have a HDMI port.
