Partial support for MKV files?

I noticed that the xtreamer site (Xtreamer india-Compare - Xtreamer vs WDTV) claims that some players support only some h.264 files. What is the deal with this? Dodgy codecs? Hardware issues?

I've so far have not encountered an mkv file that the xtreamer refused to play in my 6TB+ of movies. Don't bother too much about it.

Its the format profile which should not be more than [email protected], but this is true for every media player, currently no player can play higher than 4.1, with max stored frames to 4. But in reality there is no need to go above as human eye cannot make a difference after 30fps,,,,,, and so we are all safe ,....

Thank you! But where does xtreamer get its 65% and 90% from? WDTV does not support some of the other profiles?
