pioneer htp071 HT system

just went to vijay sales and saw this model and yamaha ht 296 .

pioneer was priced 19990 , and mrp was 30000 and yamaha was 27000 and mrp was 35000 , is pioneer good ?

pioneer fits in my budget of 20k of complete systems . plus has better specs then yamaha 5 hdmi 4 in 1 out while yamaha has 4 (3 in 1 out)

is it the price fine for it ?

600 watts rms is fine for me dont want much
