My beloved Pioneer KRP-500a shows signs of old age.. or does it? I have no idea, but the upper part of the screen shows random, flashing pixels from time to time. It seems to be related to the color palette onscreen, because sometime the picture is 100% stable as well.
The wierd thing is, when I select one color fullscreen (red/blue/black/white/green) the image is 100% stable. It's only when there's different thing going on onscreen, like a red square in the middle, that the upper part of the screen shows the flashing pixels..
I've made a video of it, because it's hard to explain:

Does anyone know what's going on, how I can resolve it? or.. is it a sign the Kuro is dying?
