Recently 2 dealers in Mumbai said that Pioneer AVR has more issues now a days and even with warranty,they are not fixed easily by company.So just check it before you buy.

I returned the 323K after using it for a week, voice clipping issue, shut down issue, crappy sound quality, muddy dialogue.

I didn't like anything about this AVR, I bought a x500 in exchange and later moved to x1100w, both of them are far better than the 323k.
