Please Help !! Looking for a standalone time alignment processor...!!

Guys, Please help....

Need some inputs, some knowledge here.

Recently purchased Pioneer HU 759BT with 4 speaker sets of Pioneer only. Component 1650C. Now after installation, sound/music coming from 4 doors. Question is how do i build sound stage. My HU doesnot have TA. :sad:

What do i do? Would like to add EQ(Auto, if possible) and active crossover. But don't want another amplifier as theexisting sound is clean and detailed. There is some bass available too. Does such a dsp exist which will also have substantial output power which would not force me to buy a multi channel ampli? ....

Did have a look at imprint of alpine but that means i will have to discard the brand new HU that i just purchased.

Or just purchase an HU with Time Alignment. These days they are cheap when comparing to older times

Subrato da , this is coming from problems that I had to face when I had to install system for my father and uncle's cars (two cars = 2 weeks of sleepless nights both were sedan class) the Hu is already driving 4 units which is very much of a load for the HU.
Now You say there is bass, that is not bass that is reverbation of the doors which is not actual bass. No no ICE system is able to produce bass extension without proper crossover + rear dash speakers or dedicated sub, which will still not be that defined because of placement.
Regardless for good rear channel performance you will need to buy an amplifier (or make one ) for driving rear speaker. The front door speakers are efficient with 98db< .
But rear dash speakers are not that efficient and are not that musical so to speak, they are present to mostly provide staging effect and a little low extension.


So if you want low extension like a bass junkie i will suggest get a sub fitted tuned at 60hz or 55hz. If you want stage then get two rear speakers albeit of the same brand and same speaker series that way they will be compatible right out of the box. Also get a pioneer or so amp. If you can afford then replace all the speakers in your car to that of rockford fosgate or kicker (for bass and staging). I have a car shop here near my place who has a wide variety for you to choose from. You can call me I will set you up with that guy.

Currently i am using Alpine 9887 (cost me 22K) in my vento, which does have TA.

Also in my swift i have Kenwood Excelon KDC-X794 (US model) (which i bought from ebay for 9K)
I think Kenwood has some latest series now.

But honestly, unless you go for a set of good compoenents, these TA or EQ wont be of much help. You will be craving for more.hyeah:

Just search for models having Time Alignment or DSP in google and you will find a lot.
Also check used markets.
