Please Help to buy Amp from HFV FM's

Dear HFV members/ moderators,
I am new to the forum. I wish to buy a used integrated amp and got interested in some ads posted by forum members. When I tried to give a reply ads, it shows that I am not allowed to post any reply (I don't have the minimum requirement of 10 posts). Got interested to by something like this:

I have only 1 or 2 posts since I joined. I do not want to violate any forum rules but please help me to post reply in Sale by Owener thread.
