Pls Suggest Subwoofer for 12 X 18 Ft. Room

Hi folks,

Pls Suggest the best Subwoofer for 12 X 18 Ft. Room. What should be the best among 8/10/12 inch dia. woofer.

Considering the other components as below :-

AVR :: Yamaha RX-V 471.
Fronts :: Polks RTi A1
Center :: Polk CSi 4

Movie Preference :: I want the Sub to "open up" only when required. No Rumble Boom all the time.

Music Preference :: Tight Bass !!

i use polk dsw pro 660 and very tight and punchy for music.

My Budget is 15 K. But after some waiting period, can be streched to 20K.

I dont think you can find any sub woofer in that budget which can produce tight and punchy bass for music.

You can check pre-owned if some one is selling.
