Polk woofer Repair

Hi friends I had bought a Polk 5.1 system last year in the month of April from Mumbai with proper bill. The woofer stoped working yesterday and I am not really sure where the service centre for the same is in Mumbai. It would be a great deal if you'll could point me in the right direction. This has probably caused due to a power surge in the building and will they be able to repair it or is it crisped and can't be repaired.
