Peak[UK] - DCA55 Semiconductor Pinout And Type Tester
Connect any way round to automatically identify and measure a wide range of semiconductor devices. The DCA55 will automatically identify the type of the part, pinout and many component parameters. Components supported include bipolar NPN/PNP transistors, darlingtons, diode-protected transistors, transistors with built-in resistors, enhancement mode MOSFETs, depletion mode MOSFETs, diodes, diode networks, LEDs, 2 and 3 lead bicolour LEDs, JFETs and many more. Further measurements are displayed including transistor gain, leakage current, pn voltage drops, LED voltages, MOSFET threshold voltages and much more. Even if you don't know anything about the part, just connect it in any configuration and the DCA55 will identify the type of part for you and also identify all the leads. Supplied with universal gold plated hook probes, battery and illustrated user guide. Not designed for in-circuit testing.
Peak[UK] - Atlas LCR40 Passive Component Analyzer [ Aka LCR Meter ]
Handheld LCR analyser providing measurements for inductance, capacitance and resistance. The component type is automatically detected for you, just connect and press "test". The test frequency is automatically selected to provide the best measurement resolution. Test frequencies include DC, 1kHz, 15kHz and 200kHz. Inductance from 1uH to 10uH, minimum resolution of 1uH, typical accuracy of 1.5% between 100uH and 100mH. Capacitance from 1pF to 10,000uF, minimum resolution of 1pF typical accuracy of 1.5% between 200pF and 500nF. Resistance from 1R to 2MR, typical accuracy of 1%. Test frequency is displayed with the measurement. Inductor DC resistance also displayed when testing inductors. Supplied with removable gold plated hook probes, battery and user guide. Compatible with standard 2mm test connectors. Not designed for in-circuit use.
Peak[UK] - Atlas ESR70 Capacitor Analyser And ESR Tester
The Atlas ESR PLUS measures both the capacitance and Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) of a capacitor. The ESR is a great indicator of the capacitor's condition, as a capacitor fails, it's ESR rises. This advanced meter can measure ESR even in-circuit. It will measure capacitance too if the capacitor under test is out of circuit. Additionally, the ESR70 features audible alerts than gives you instant audible indication of the ESR across 3 thresholds allowing for easy analysis of multiple capacitors without the need to look at the display. A unique feature of the Atlas ESR is the ability to detect if the capacitor is charged, if the capacitor is charged then the Atlas ESR will gracefully discharge the capacitor using a constant power algorithm designed to prevent nasty discharge currents. The Atlas ESR will automatically detect when the test clips are applied to a capacitor and start it's analysis, great when testing many capacitors. Capacitance measurement range from 1uF to 22,000uF, enhanced ESR measurement range from 0.01 Ohms to 40.0 Ohms. Minimum ESR resolution is 0.01 Ohms. Can also be used for short circuit tracing. ESR test frequency is industry standard at 100kHz. Supplied with removable gold plated croc clips. Compatible with standard 2mm connectors. Complete with battery, test leads, gold plated crocs and user guide with capacitor ESR reference chart.
Peak[UK] - Atlas SCR100 Triac And Thyristor [ SCR ] Tester And Analyzer
The Atlas SCR is specifically designed to automatically analyse a wide range of Triacs and Thyristors (SCRs). Connect the part any way round and press test. The part type is identified (Triac or Thyristor), the pinout is identified and the gate sensitivity is displayed in 1 of 9 sensitivity categories as well as gate voltage. Suitable for parts that require a gate trigger current from less than 100uA up to 90mA. Load tests are performed with an internally generated load of 12V at 100mA, all from a single AAA alkaline battery (supplied). Not designed for in-circuit use.
Peak[UK] - Atlas UTP05 LAN Cable Tester "Ultra High End Stuff "
Handheld network cable analyser for testing RJ45 (Cat5/5e/6) style network cabling. Connect the Atlas IT cable analyser at one end of your cabling and one of the supplied terminators to the other end. The Atlas IT will then analyse all the lines from one end to the other and identify the connection pattern (such as straight-through, crossover, token-ring, voice/data and many more types). Any wiring faults are clearly displayed including breaks, shorts or swaps. Mini patch cables are also included to enable the testing of RJ45 sockets and their associated cabling. The Atlas IT is compatible with optional "Identified" terminators allowing for the easy analysis and identification of multiple cable runs. Suitable for Cat 5, Cat 5e and Cat 6 cabling with RJ45 style plugs or sockets (shielding not tested). A full colour Ethernet connection chart is included in the user guide. Supplied in a tough padded carry case, spare battery, 2 terminators, 2 patch cables and a user guide. Space is provided in the carry case for up to 24 identified terminators. This instrument does not measure the connection speed capability or cable length.
