Pvr recording setup help tatasky hd

I've noticed a behavior with tatasky Pvr; when I schedule a program recording, the recording starts exactly 10 minutes before the program time and ends 10 minutes early too!

Starting early isint so bad as I can forward to the correct point but ending sooner causes loss of recorded time;

Can someone please help guide where is the setting to add time to scheduled recordings please!

I'm not at home any more and this is for my intech savy sister; so pls pls give step by step instructions of how to do it;

Okay here it is:

Press Organizer button on remote:
From the menu, select User Settings and then Tata Sky+ Settings

Options avlbl :
Disk Management Mode
Review Buffer depth
Add to start recording
Add to end recording.

The last 2 is what you are looking for.

Can you or someone help with instructions on how to get this menu on tataskyplus HD PVR; this is the new one

Yep.I am talking of TATA SKY HD+ PVR...the new one launched about a week back. Am using one.

What do you mean by "no menu comes up" - pressing organizer button on the remote in any Tata SKY models will open up a menu!!

The steps are:
"Organizer" button on the remote (one of the 4 blue buttons on the top of tata sky remote

A menu come up on the screen with 4 options - help, parental control, user settings and system settings.

Select user settings, then use the down arrow key (just below the select button of the remote) to scroll down for Tata Sky+ settings. There you would get the 4 options as said earlier.

I have a feeling that she is missing out on the scrolling down - the user settings menu only displays 4 options at a time -to get to TataSky+ setting, she needs to scroll down.
