Hi all, would seek your valuable opinions and suggestions in this regard.
I am in the process of moving to my new home with a dedicated listening space (shall post some pictures once its finished). In line with this, I was contemplating getting my NADs repainted (106 preamp, 216thx poweramp and 402 tuner). I have identified a paintshop (it is actually a car workshop) where all facilities are available. Plan to paint the front faceplate and the body cover (sides and top), will leave out the back and main chassis.
Request your opinions/suggestions on the following:
1) What should be the ideal tone of grey to be used?
2) Any suggestions on what process I should ask the painter to follow?
3) How do I get the labeling on the faceplate done?
Thanks in advance.
