Reactivation after 2 years??

I had purchased an Airtel HD set top box about two years ago. I then stopped using it for about two years. Now I would like to reactivate it. Do I have to apply all over again or do I just recharge the account? I'm asking in case anyone has faced a similar situation.

kept a dish tv account dormant for 2 years in 2008 to 2010 period. I was able to reactivate but I have to replace the Viewing card and get a new one and had it tagged to the same old STB which is till date working fine. Viewing card costed me around 600 during 2010.
