Recabling of earphones

I am not getting audio in left earpiece of my VSonic VSD3S (non-removable cable version) earphone. VSonic earphones are known for cable issues.

Is there anyone in Bangalore/India who does recabling of earphones?

I have the same problem with my Sennheiser HD-439 Head Phones. I'm also in need of some suggestion.
