Check this thread. You should meet some minimum post requirements (91 posts) to post or reply in classifieds.

I see that you are a member since 2018, you can try to start a conversation with the seller by placing the mouse cursor on the seller name. Maybe that should work, else you need to complete some minimum posts over various threads in order to get those capabilities.
