I’m based in Mumbai and I purchased a JBL 220P Subwoofer online from avshack.in on April 11th. Since then, I’ve been struggling to get a clear and concrete update from them regarding the order status.
I managed to speak with their owner twice, but unfortunately he hasn’t provided clarity. He once mentioned that since it’s a new model, there are some challenges in sourcing the unit. However, when I checked directly with JBL, they informed me that the product would typically ship within 48 hours if purchased from their official website. It's been a week i am calling him twice but no concrete response.
This is my first time buying from AV Shack, and I’m starting to feel unsure whether the site is reliable or if this could be a scam or they are on a bad phase (though I understand AV Shack is an old and reputed dealer).
Has anyone here had experiences with AV Shack?
Do you think this is normal for them, or should I be concerned?
What would be the best way to resolve this situation?
