Right now I am listening to ...

Arrggghhhhh, life is so unfair. when I mentioned Ace of Base in a thread a lot of people raised their eyebrows. :)

Anyhow, rock oooooonnnnn, Unleash. Ace of Base is good.

Cheers

:) Life is indeed unfair!

I often fail to understand the stigma that audiophiles must be listening to only some rare untraceable recording that might make them 'special' among the lesser mortals. Weird!

fwiw, I have been purchasing CDs for the last 15+ years and hence have accumulated a generous number of CDs in English, Spanish, Italian, Opera, Classical, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and god knows some languages I don't even understand!...some I look now and wonder what took me over at that particular time to have paid my pocket money to fetch one of those!!! The pull between petrol vs. beer vs. music was too much of an issue those days. But then again, I do have almost all the boy/gal bands of the 90s, the headbanging collage days rock cds and I cherish them as good as my audiophile collections I started once I matured in this wonderful/expensive hobby. Its fun to listen to boyzone or michael jackson once in a while. Bring back good old memories.

Cheers.

Got a sparingly used Nakamichi....enjoying my Audio Cassette collection..

Ah... I still got around 300 odd tapes lying around unused and I don't have the CD versions of the same. I had half a mind a while ago to pick up a tape Walkman but decided against it as I made a decision to not use headphones again after my iPod days came to an end.

Will do Guns. Thanks a million.

@Unleash - you are a man after my own heart. I have had my days, when If I like one song of an artists, I would buy all his albums. Artist such as Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd, America, Moody Blues and others saved my life, but there were a lot of artists who failed miserably to bring on the same magic in other songs.

I am bit more choosy now, but even today I am susceptible to picking up unknown albums whose covers I like. Sheeesh !!

Cheers
