I love Crystal Gayle's original.....but I do have a couple of instrumental versions by Richard Clayderman and Paul mauriat which are really outstanding...Ther eis another version by 101 strings which is also good...do check on these if you like the song...

I love the song too - both Crystal Gayle's original, which I have known since childhood and Laura Fygi's version, which I have discovered only this year.

Got this yesterday, listening through the disc 1. Very like-able, so far! SQ is so so good :clapping: .

Swami, do listen to Steve Vai & Joe Satriani. Add Eric Johnson to the mix too. Am sure you will enjoy the trio in their G3 Avatar

Surely will check them out, once I absorb all that the anthlogy (above album) has to offer.

PS: I also got the Deep purple hits - not the 2 disc version but single cd. SQ is a tad weaker than Vai's CD (probably because they are older songs and remastered?) The band is nice (had seen them live back in 2002 in Mumbai!)
