Bought Bobby McFerrin's Vocabularies today. Clearly beyond my current scope of comprehension, understanding and appreciation.

I was listening to this beautiful Japanese jazz album by the Hideo Ichikawa Trio:

and saw that they have included the various models of microphones they have used, along with positions, and make and models of mixing console, monitor speakers, amp to drive the monitor speakers, recording devices, and even type of tape used to record it!

I was so impressed (I think this is the first time I have ever seen such a thing on a CD's liner note) that I thought I'd share:
