Samsung SyncMaster P2770HD is this LCD TV available in Mumbai ? Does any one know ?

is this a monitor or TV?? I think it must be one of them monitor TVs i.e. an LCD monitor with a (substandard) built-in TV tuner. IF, only if, my guess is correct then avoid buying this one because it will come with the customary TN panel which translates into horrible viewing angles, especially vertical.
