Seeking advice: PS Audio Stellar phono preamplifier

I’m planning to move up from the Pro-Ject phono preamplifier that I now have (the DS2), to what I hope will be the last of my analogue components (not counting the stylus). Does anyone here have experience with the Stellar phono preamp? Is it sensitive to cables/source components/power systems? Are there any comparable preamps in the same price range and available in India?

At half the retail price of the Stellar , the iPhono3 (999$) has gathered acclaim from vinyl gurus like Michael Fremer , and it has been compared favourably with phonos 5-6 times it’s price in various forums like audiogon. I’m using the lower version of this phono and it’s even better than my Dynaco Pas3 tube phonopre.
The iphono has variable capacitance for even MM , besides MC carts.
