I am using CD as my input for my DAC to connect Marantz PM5005.

You can use any of the above inputs without any issues, generally avoid Tape In/Phono in as they are tuned to full gain/volume. Choice of input is essential only if you have to use your amp as a power amp (in which case there will be pre in)/phono/tape input etc.

The amp model is not mentioned but essentially all the Aux inputs would be the same but switched. Any of the Aux inputs should work perfectly.
