hi
could not find a suitable thread.. to ask hence starting a new one.
hope someone can help with a peculiar problem I am facing.
I bought a new pair of SkullCandy Hesh2 headphones.. but strangely when I play music though it, I don't get any vocals.. it's almost completely suppressed.
I am playing MP3 files on my laptop .. have tried various different players i.e WMP, Audacity, VLC, KMPLayer etc.

Is this a known problem with the SkullCandy or it works with only certain types of 3mm jack out???

hope someone can help with few suggestions...

thank a lot

plug it into a PC and play around with the balance settings - move it to total right and total left, and see if you can hear the vocals then - if yes, then your ground wire is broken, you need a replacement
