Sony 32CX520 or 32EX420-Bought from Dubai

I am getting an offer of 30K each for both the Tvs from a seller who can get it from Dubai.

Which is better ?

Is the price good ?

Brand new Sealed packed with Sony International warranty.

Also any precaution I should take when buying the same so that I get the warranty if necessary without any hassle ?

i suggest you to go for cx520 as its full hd. all other specs remain the same except that ex520 is an led model but its hd ready.
