Sony Acoosta - how to change the battery

My Sony Acoosta stopped working all of a sudden. Its battery is not getting charged. Battery and battery charging circuit needs to be checked. Looking out for a service manual or service center where I can get it repaired (Hyderabad or Bangalore). Please help.
