Sony KDL-40EX710 Settings

I own a KDL-40EX710 model of Sony Bravia which I bought on 5 Nov 2010. I don't have too much idea on Best TV settings for optimum usage during different TV/DVD programes. Hereby I request people to share their feelings about the set.

I just got the KLD-55EX710 2 days back, trust me its one of the best LED out there, try playing around with the settings and set according to what ur eye sees the best.
