I might agree word by word sir but for the pricing for new tvs, i highly doubt the corporations.. No matter how cheap they launch it in usa, lg or sony or sammy will screw us over..always without fail. LG will have to cover the losses of the mobile biz shutdown somehwere

The relative pricing is generally consistent over the globe. And the volume of TVs in India is so low that pricing them high won't recuperate anything. The Indian pricing will obviously be higher than the US pricing. But that was the case last year too.

Oh, and those losses were made last few years. Since they are shutting down the mobile division, they won't make any loss now, which means they will have more room to play with.

LG is a brand which has always been very good with their pricing in India regardless of which product it is. Unlike Samsung and Sony which fleece Indian buyers LG doesn't do that. Their phones in the past, their monitors and TVs are priced very fairly here.
