Spares of Paradigm not available

I bought Paradigm CT 100 5.1 a year back from Mumbai. Right from day one, the subwoofer made some strange noises at regular interval. I had sent it to there service centre in Santacruz, but according to them it was perfect.

Few months back the subwoofer stopped working and according to the service centre the board was burnt and could not be repaired.

Now it has been over 5 months and according to the service centre they are still waiting for the spares to arrive in a container.

I'm stuck and still no hope of getting my sub back. Imagine my agony:sad:

Sorry to hear your story, but don't wait for that long. First ask for refund if they are unable to replace/ change the subwoofer. If not just threaten them with legal action, and if things don't work out, take legal action.

Surprising! I had a similar issue with my paradigm ct70 and the local KEI distributor was nice enough to replace it with a brand new sub in a day.

5months of waiting !! You have amazing patience .
Send a legal notice ASAP .make sure to add dealer also as a party.
I waited for 1 month for 3d glasses from my dealer, but he only moved when I sent him a legal notice.

I got my sub back, its finally repaired! :clapping:
