Speaker Toe-In - Q acoustics Concept 500 with Marantz SA10/PM10

The Toe-In or parallel to side walls are speaker design specific, also depends on how far you are sitting from the speakers and the relative distance between the speakers.

My full range speakers need at least 8 feet of separation between them and my distance from them is about 12 feet without any toe. However if i had to sit much closer than 8 feet because of room/ furniture constraints the speakers will have to be towed in. Pic of my setup attached.

I have planar speakers and they require toe in no matter what, because the have a narrow sweet spot and you have to sit much closer to be in the sound stage.

Does your speaker have a bass shelf in the response? Else you will have bass overhang at that position.

With speakers pushed to the corners, you will also have a very flat sound stage.
